Newhouse School alumni together make up one of the most powerful, successful groups of communications professionals in the world. Recognizing the strength of this network, the Newhouse School established the Newhouse Alumni Career Advisory Network (NACAN) in 1991. NACAN provided Newhouse alumni and current students with access to this network for career guidance, job and internship opportunities and networking.  NACAN was later moved online and renamed the Newhouse Network.
